Miss Impact was always intended to be Meteorette’s rival in a Betty & Veronica sort of way. I guess that makes Charlie a stand-in for Archie as well as being a stand-in for Charlie Brown and myself.
I’ve wanted to do something with this old Archie gag for some time now.
